What this project is about?

| In the last years Internet entered in the everyday life of millions of people, opening possibilities that weren't available before. By its nature Internet is global, is shared by everyone and has no borders, people now are able to communicate and share informations between them in a faster and easier way. Countries all over the world weren't really prepared for a so fast and deep grow of Internet and tried to maintain an order on its use and development applying to this new and global communication system, different old rules that lots of times are not suitable for Internet. This ambitious project was born after a deep look at facts happened in the recent years (and still happening) and after gaining consciousness on the idea that if a Common Code of Rules would be shared between the various countries there would be the possibility to order in a better and more efficient way Internet, switching its regulation from a local to a global point of view. Also with its creation would be available a better environment where people can share informations and make business in an easier way, not thinking on how to suit together different laws of different countries on a common topic. To realize this Idea, there is the need of a place where people can collect and share the laws that various countries are using to order Internet, raise consciousness about the need for a common code of laws for Internet and choose the laws that best order determinate topics, and create them if couldn't be found.

How the project will proceed...
|
| To guarantee the best possibilities of success of this ambitious project, there is the need to follow some steps, every single step will provide a solid base for the best developing of the next one:

Step 1 - Collecting
This step consists of collecting the laws used in different countries to regulate Internet. It aims at creating a place where those different resources can be found and raising consciousness about the need of a common and shared Internet Constitution.
Step 2 - Building
This second step consists of using the resources collected in the previous part to develop a code of rules, discussed and created by the Internet Users themselves. The best rules on a certain argument are chosen and improved where they show a loophole or if they lack completeness.
Step 3 - Improving
The last part of this project consists of spreading the word about what this project has reached and share it with other people. As Internet is dynamic by nature and is under constant change there is the need to update the resource constantly and improve the constitution day by day.
