This step consists of collecting the laws used in different countries to regulate Internet. It aims at creating a place where those different resources can be found and raising consciousness about the need of a common and shared Internet Constitution. |

This second step consists of using the resources collected in the previous part to develop a code of rules, discussed and created by the Internet Users themselves. The best rules on a certain argument are chosen and improved where they show a loophole or if they lack completeness. |

The last part of this project consists of spreading the word about what this project has reached and share it with other people. As Internet is dynamic by nature and is under constant change there is the need to update the resource constantly and improve the constitution day by day. |
